  1. Very good and so easy to make. Made with lowfat cottage cheese and fat free sour cream to make it even healthier. Great lunch for a hot summer day!

  2. this is very similar to a salad my grama'nita makes with cream, mayo, krab, celery and olives. i love cottage cheese so this was a nice departure from the heavy cream and mayo combo! i always add shredded carrots to my crab salad, and this was DIVINE!!!!

  3. This was nice and light and refreshing, a good quick hot summer meal. I made it as directed but used low fat cottage cheese and light sour cream. I also was worried about it being bland because of the other review so I added a bit more dijon, garlic powder, peper and also added seasoned salt. The flavor was very nice and not bland. This is not the most delicious thing I have ever had but considering how easy, inexpensive and healthy it is I will likely make it often...and you should too.

  4. This was Delightful !!!! I loved it ! It was light and refreshing ! I used light sour cream and 1% low fat cottage cheees . I loved the dijon in this , and all the crunchie veggies !I served mine with some sliced tomatoes , and "Tony Packo's" brand Sweet-Hot pickles (yum)! A new favorite salad for SURE ! Thank you soooo much for sharing this recipe !!

  5. We're having a heat wave here and I didn't want to cook dinner. This seemed to fit the bill, had everything on hand. My daughter took one bite and announced she'd give this three stars. I give it four. This is a very mild "dressed" salad. Adding additional seasonings could bump up the taste. I will make this one again. Perhaps allowing it to chill for a while will enhance flavor.
