  • Saute onion, garlic and green pepper in bacon drippings.
  • Add tomatoes, mixing well.
  • Cook 1 minute.
  • Stir in okra and corn.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon into baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
