Posted in response to a request. I have done several "fish" types in this easy to put together recipe.
- 4 sturgeon fillets (6-8 oz)
- 4 tablespoons ground coriander
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Season sturgeon filets with coriander, salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in sauté pan and cook sturgeon until browned on both sides and done, 5 to 8 minutes.
