This tasted so flavourful{ love the flavour of mint!} and cooling. I also used 1 small onion{sliced} and 1/2 tsp. red chilli powder in step 2 and 1 cup more of low-fat plain yogurt{i.e., the same thing as curds}. This went wonderful with my "Taste Of Heaven - Mushroom And Carrots Biryani" {recipe number 64617}. Thanks for posting!

  1. Whisk the curds until smooth.
  2. Add the cucumber, mint leaves, cumin seed powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate till chilled.
  4. Serve with rice or parathas.
