- 2 tablespoons orange blossom petals, powdered
- 1⁄2 cup water, boiling
- 3 cups sugar
- 8 tablespoons rose water
- Steep the petals in water for ten minutes; add sugar and simmer over moderate heat.
- Add rose water and continue cooking until very thick.
