This came from a hints, tips and remedies yahoo email group. I love remedy recipes and I want to see more of them here. The author used this to calm irritated tissues and clear the air during the San Diego fires. She normally uses it for colds.
- 10 drops eucalyptus essential oils
- 10 drops peppermint oil
- 10 drops tea tree essential oils
- 10 drops rosemary essential oils
- Add to a small pot of boiling water and inhale.
- Add more oil as needed.
