ingredients
- 1 cup cold brewed strong coffee
- 1 banana
- 1 (8 ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 cup ice cube
directions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender container, cover.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into tall glasses.
- Serve immediately.

This is an absolutely amazing coffee experience. (Especially when it's midnight before one leaves on a major trip, and one has yet to pack one's suitcase....) I only had 1/2 cup vanilla soy yogurt so I also used 1/2 cup vanilla soymilk, and no added sugar. I used frozen banana instead of ice cubes. The flavor was almost chocolatey. Thanks for posting!

I live in PA and work in the billing dept. for a local health center. For fun I hang out with friends, and of course cook! I love to have fun cooking but am very inexperianced cook.
