  • Dissolve gelatin and instant coffee in boiling water.
  • Add cold water; blend in cream cheese.Chill until thickened.
  • Fold in pineapple, nuts and coconut.
  • Spoon into a 1 quart mold or individual molds.Chill until firm.
  • Can serve on crisp greens, if desired.
