- 1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flaked coconut
- Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring until well blended.
- Spoon into a serving dish, and sprinkle with coconut.
- Serve spread with gingersnaps, bagels or crackers.
Super easy and a hit at the party. I served it with Anna's cookies--almond, ginger, and orange varieties.
