This is so nice smelling and very easy to make.

  1. Combine peels and mint leaves.
  2. Steep in white vinegar for two weeks, or until vinegar has leached the color and fragrance out of the botanicals.
  3. Decant and strain into a spray bottle.

I always use vinegar for cleaning the floor and many surfaces. I have added cinammon tea and cloves too. But this way to make the citrus mint vinegar rocks, perfect for old mint you forgot and now isnt good for eating. Thanks for sharing!

I love making my own cleaning products with household items and this one is a favorite of mine. I have never added fresh mint leaves before but I will definitely try it soon. I also like to add a few drops of lemon and/or lemon essential oil for an added scent boost. This smells so much nicer than commercial cleaners and IMO cleans just as well, if not better! Thanks for sharing a great tip!
