- 200 g sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 6 slices eggplants (thick slices)
- 1 cup parsley
- 25 green olives
- 6 slices white bread flour
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise.
- Cut the bread to circles. spread the sour cream mixture on breads.
- Brown the eggplant in olive oil.
- Put it over the bread. Spread over it with sour cream mixture.
- Add the parsley and slice olive.
