This is one of many recipes I have gotten out of a Grill Masters cook book. Some of them I have tried and some are still on my list to try. But all of them sound very yummy!

  1. Mix all ingredients (except chips) in a plastic bag then knead occasionally for 2 hours.
  2. Soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare fire in grill.
  4. Add chips to hot coals.
  5. Cook wings on the grill for about 10 minutes on one side, then turn and baste with the marinade. Continue cooking 10 minutes or until done.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
