A yummy spread for hot toast, english muffins, bagels or your favourite muffin.

Directions

  1. Sift the icing sugar and cinnamon and mix well.
  2. Mix with the butter with an electric mixer until well blended and fluffy.
  3. If not using immediately, store in refrigerator.
  4. Best served at room temperature.

This was delish and easy. We used it over pumpkin pancakes! I used the micro to keep it pourable! LOVED it! Making it again this morning for our pancakes!

This recipe made DD's day. With the no nut product policy at school, she has been missing out on the simplicity of peanut butter on toast in the morning as well as peanut butter sandwiches. She took it to school today, spread on bread just like you would peanut butter, and ate every last bit and even told the other kids in the class what it was and what was in it!! This will definately be a regular recipe in our house from now on. Thank-you Pixie for saving school lunches!
