  1. Slow Cooker- mix all of the sauce in the slow cooker.
  2. add the meat and cook low 8 hours-high 4 hours.
  3. Oven- mix all of the sauce together.
  4. Lightly spray pan.
  5. put in meat and top with sauce.
  6. cook 350 for 1 hour.
