Chutney Garlic Dressing

"This recipe was loosley adapted from something similar in Bon Appetit. This would work well with spinach or salad greens with some fruit or cheese added"

• Serves: 8-10

ingredients

• 2 tablespoons chutney
• 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
• 2 tablespoons water
• 2 large garlic, minced
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon curry powder

directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend.
