ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons bell peppers, chopped
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 pork chops
directions
- Mix all ingredients except chops and put in casserole dish. Top with pork chops.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for one hour.

Made for your Football Pool win & I hope you will forgive the chgs I made in your process. From an ingredient viewpoint, I made only 1 minor chg & used a small boneless pork roast I carved into thick slices. I did not chg any other ingredients, but I did opt to use my crockpot vs the casserole method. It was cooked 8 hrs on low w/the rice & peppers added at the half point of cooking. The outcome was fork tender & very flavorful. Thx for sharing this tasty recipe w/us.
