  • 907.18 g hamburger, cooked and drained
  • 709.77 ml white rice, cooked
  • 2 (595.33 g) can fat-free cream of chicken soup (condensed, don't add milk or water)
  • 709.77 ml chow mein noodles
  • 29.58 ml light soy sauce
  • 59.14 ml water

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add the small amount of water.
  • Transfer to a 9x13 pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, until heated through.
