This is not for the timid, if you love the heat then stay in the kitchen, the recipe exactly what i use sorry for the rough measure. but i promise its worth it.
Ingredients:
-
2 lbs
ground beef
(sirloin at best regular if your on a budget)
-
1 lb
good
chorizo sausage
(I prefer store bought to save time and trouble)
-
½ large
onion
, diced fine
-
3 -4
garlic cloves
, diced fine
(depending on size)
-
½
jalapeno
, diced small
-
¼
habanero
, diced fine
-
½
lime
, squeezed
-
2 dashes
favored
hot sauce
(I love Tapatio)
-
1 ½
egg whites
-
salt and pepper
Directions:
1
Mix onion, garlic, jalapeno, habinero, hot sauce. then add to meat with egg white and lime, do not over mix or will become one flavor. knead till mixed through for best result. I like to grill mine light then add cheese (if wanted) toast the bun and let the bun and cheese melt into each other on burger. Big hit as meatballs as well (just add a little ketchup).
