  1. This is such an easy yet showy and delicious treat! Made it with unsweetened chocolate because it was what we had, added our sweetener to it and some homemade whipped topping, and my husband and I enjoyed the treat as our Christmas finale this year,

  2. SO IMPRESSIVE, elegant looking, and so easy!!! For me, I would have liked it a little sweeter, but for my husband it was perfect (he likes desserts not too sweet). I personally preferred eating it cold rather than warm. Great recipe.

I love to try new recipes and mainly look for ones that are new and different, such as a twist on an old favorite or something no one's ever thought of! I also enjoy writing in my spare time. I live in Northeast Ohio where the weather isn't the greatest, humid in the summer and cold winters- but it has been nice growing up by the lake! I own two wonderful cats who can be quite a handful at times, but my fiancee and I couldn't live without them!
