  • Place chocolate in a large bowl.
  • Bring cream, Splenda, butter, raisins and orange zest to a boil in a med pan.
  • Slowly pour over chocolate and stir until smooth.
  • Let cool in fridge for 2-3 hours.
  • Shape mixture into small balls and dredge in cocoa.

  1. These are great little tasties & would be great on any holiday buffet! I did make 2 changes, 1 slight (using a very generous measure of orange zest) & 1 not quite so slight (using dried cranberries instead of raisins)! I look forward to making these again, perhaps with raisins, but however it's done then, I'm definitely keeping the recipe around! [Tagged & made in Please Review My Recipe]
