Choose crowd-pleasing chocolate as the star of your desert and watch it disappear. From the Jan/Feb Weight Watchers magazine. Points Value: 2. Serve this luscious treat with dried apricots and sliced oranges. (Half an orange and 3 dried apricot halves will up the per-serving Points value by 1.)

  1. Combine half-and-half and corn syrup in heavy medium saucepan and set over medium-high heat. Bring just to boil, whisking until smooth. Remove saucepan from heat. Add chocolate, whisking until melted and smooth.
  2. Return mixture to boil, whisking constantly; boil about 1 minute. Remove saucepan from heat and whisk in espresso powder and vanilla. Serve warm or let cool to room temperature. (If making ahead, transfer to airtight container and refrigerate up to 1 month. Gently reheat.).
