  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Within a large bowl, combine oats, flour, peanuts, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix in margarine until mixture is crumbly.
  4. Save 1 1/2 cups of this mixture; put other half into greased 15x11-inch jellyroll pan.
  5. Bake 12 minutes.
  6. While baking, in small bowl, beat condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth.
  7. Spread over crust to within 1/4 inch of edge.
  8. In medium bowl, combine leftover crumb mixture and chocolate bar pieces.
  9. Sprinkle evenly over peanut butter mix, pressing firmly.
  10. Bake 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Let cool before cutting!
