Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Walnut Muffins

ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄4 cup chocolate chips
- 1⁄4 cup walnut pieces
directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a muffin pan with paper cups.
- In two separate bowls mix the wet ingredients and the dry (minus the chocolate chips and walnut pieces).
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients just until you can no longer see any flour. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and walnut pieces.
- Spoon batter into prepared cups filling 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
