Since Autumn is my favorite season, I love to bake a lot then. I love to make anything that will make a lovely traditional treat to make each year. This really sounded like a neat recipe. I found it online and thought it was a cool recipe to share, enjoy! 8)
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour bottom of tube pan.
- In large bowl, beat the eggs, oil, and pumpkin.
- Gradually add the first 6 ingredients; stir in nuts and chocolate chips (If you like, you can add more chocolate chips, nuts and cinnamon for more flavor).
- Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Very good!! Made cupcakes out of this recipe for my child's kindergarden school birthday party. I put chocolate icing on top and sprinkles. The kid's loved them. They are so nice and moist. Thanks for posting.
I made this a few days ago..DELISH!! The only thing I did differently was to bake it in a 9x13 pan for about 50 minutes. Plus I used a whole bag of choc chips, reserving some to sprinkle on top. 2 thumbs up!
