  • Set oven to 350 for light, nonstick pans. 325 for dark. Put pans on top rack or alternate middle and top halfway through so the bottoms don't burn.
  • Heat butter for 15 seconds or leave out during the day.
  • Add all but the chocolate chips into the bowl and mix.
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix.
  • Start dropping balls of cookie dough and bake.
