- 1 1⁄2 cups margarine (Imperial)
- 3 cups brown sugar (packed)
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla (heaping)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups unbleached flour
- 24 ounces chocolate chips
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix together margarine and sugars.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Stir together dry ingredients separately and mix in to wet ingredients.
- Slowly stir in Chocolate chips.
- Drop cookies on baking sheets covered with parchment paper. Bake for about 8 minutes or until cookies are just brown.
