this is nutritious and delicious, it has the milkshake consistency that kids just love. It just can't get any easier or healthier than this. Great for kids and adults alike. Enjoy! :)
- 1 cup chocolate milk, low-fat or 1 cup low-fat chocolate soymilk
- 1 banana, frozen and cut into 1-inch chunks
- put chocolate milk and banana in blender, blend until smooth.
