    • 1 cup chocolate milk, low-fat or 1 cup low-fat chocolate soymilk
    • 1 banana, frozen and cut into 1-inch chunks

    Directions:

      Mmmmm! This was so cold, so yummy, so simple and the best part healthy. Made using chocolate almond milk and it was delicious . Thanks so much for such a great post.
