  1. this was fantastic! the only reason for 4 stars is because it was pretty runny, more like a sauce than a dip. next time i will drain my tomatoes.. and there will be a next time! i heated it up to try to evaporate some of the liquid and then i put it in a pan and threw some cheese on it and cooked until the cheese was melted... mmmmmmm mmmm. with a whole can of chipoltes it really had some heat! we loved it. everyone one was sweating and crying and going back for more. so easy to make! so fast! i am excited to make this many more times!! thank you thank you. I LOVE CHIPOLTE!

I work for the phone co but in the kitchen is where I play. I have experimented with many different foods trying to keep my kitchen from getting boring. "La Bouche Creole" by Leon Soniat is one one of my favorite cookbooks but I use an old Better homes as my anchor alot of the time. Found this place trying to make something great with low salt. What a challenge!
