ingredients

¹⁄₃ cup hoisin sauce
¹⁄₃ cup ketchup
¹⁄₄ cup wine
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons ginger, grated

directions

Mix and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Glaze chicken in the last few minutes of barbecuing.
Serve remaining glaze as accompanyment.
