- 1⁄3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup wine
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
directions
- Mix and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Glaze chicken in the last few minutes of barbecuing.
- Serve remaining glaze as accompanyment.
