- 295.73 ml avocados, peeled seeded, 1/4-inch dice
- 236.59 ml cucumber, peeled seeded, 1/4-inch dice
- 14.79 ml lime juice
- 226.79 g chicken stock
- 236.59 ml plain Greek yogurt
- 14.79 ml garlic (minced)
- 113.39 g sour cream
- 14.79 ml dill (rough chop)
- 14.79 ml parsley (rough chop)

- 56.69 g whole milk
- 14.79 ml mint (rough chop for garnish)
directions
- Puree heavy cream, avacado, cucumber, lime juice, chicken stock, plain yogurt, garlic, sour cream, dill and parlsey to a fine smooth consistency. Whisk in milk until desired consistency. add salt and pepper. refrigerate for 45 mins, serve in chilled bowls and garnish with mint.
