Chavrie Chilled Avacado and Cucumber Soup

ingredients
- 1 (5 1/3 ounce) package chavrie goat cheese
- 3 ea. seedless cucumber (peeled and cubed)
- 2 ea. ripe avocados
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 3 ea. lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- salt and pepper (to season)
directions
- Split the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop pulp into a blender.
- Add cucumber pieces.
- Puree until smooth.
- Add coconut milk, lime juice, cumin, Tabasco, ginger and Chavrie®, blend well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill well before serving.

I do not suggest this soup. The hot sauce is a bad idea, this soup should be enjoyed on a hot summers day. Try avacado, cucumber, yogurt, sour cream, goats cheese (very little), dill, mint, chicken stock, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. <br/>I guarranty these ingredients will be much more enjoyable.
