ingredients
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
directions
- Stir ginger into Dijon mustard.
- Mix into remaining ingredients.
- Serve chilled.

I made this a while back and forgot to rate it! Really great flavors, I used fresh ginger root rather than the ground ginger. I found a similar recipe with some tarragon vinegar, may try that next time. Nice flavors, sweet and pretty perfect, only other comment is that I think I'll reduce the sesame oil by half next time. Thanks for posting, Grimm's Restaurant Tales!

Yay! We're finally back home in Texas! I just graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, in Scottsdale, AZ and couldn't be happier about being home! Right now I work dinner time at Las Canarias, at "La Mansion", on the Riverwalk when I'm not studying culinary anthropology and hanging out with my gorgeous hubby Dereck. I love recipezaar, and it makes my day everytime I get a comment about how someone enjoyed making one of my dishes for their family. I can't think of anything cooler than that!
