- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2.5 (19 ounce) cans tomatoes
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chili, without beans
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
directions
- Brown meat with onion and garlic in large skillet.
- Add tomatoes and chili; simmer 45 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti and drain.
- Add cheddar to meat sauce, then add sour cream. Mix all together.
- Top with parmesan.
- Bake in a 350* oven for 45 minutes.
