Make this once and you're hooked !!
- 3 cups grated monterey jack cheese
- 4 ounces diced green chilies, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 loaf French bread
- Combine cheese, chilies and mayonaise.
- Cut bread into thick slices and spread with cheese mixture.
- Place on cookie sheet and broil until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
Simple and tasty! Had to use up half a jar of diced jalapeno peppers and wanted something fast - so this was great! Thanks for posting.
