The Helleman's Mayonnaise seals in the natural juice and the cutlet is moist
- 4 chicken breasts, cutlets
- 1⁄2 cup hellmann's real mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄4 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 fresh garlic clove
- Brush cutlets on all sides with mayonnaise.
- Using garlic press season each cutlet with fresh garlic.
- Coat each cutlet with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes until golden brown.
