  1. Boil chicken until cooked. Save water.
  2. Chop chicken, return to chicken water.
  3. Chop and add potatoes.
  4. Chop and add celery.
  5. Chop and add onion.
  6. Add carrots whole.
  7. Bring to a boil, simmer on medium for 15 minutes.
