ingredients

• 6 chicken breasts
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon curry powder
• 1⁄2 low sodium soy sauce
• 1⁄2 cup lime juice
• 4 garlic cloves
• 2⁄3 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
• 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
• 1⁄4 cup whipping cream

directions

1. Cut chicken.
2. Mix all other ingredients together.
3. Cook chicken with sauce in a skillet.
