- 1⁄2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1⁄3 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1⁄2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1⁄4 cup chopped red onion
directions
- mix yogurt mayonaise parsley flakes seasoned salt and ground pepper until combined. add chicken celery and onion. toss to coat well and cover. refrigerate at least 30 minutes. serve on a sandwich or salad greens.

<p>I am a 23 year female currently living in Groton, CT. My husband is in the USN and we will call Groton home for a few more years. We don't have any children yet BUT we do have 2 very spoiled cats. I LOVE to cook and love trying new recipes. I attend school full time where I am majoring in Human Services. I also work full time. I'm not the type to just sit around unless it is in the kitchen of course. My kitchen and dining room consists of nothing but lighthouses. I am so lucky to live near so many beautiful lighthouses. I am the baby of 6 and as you probably guessed - my father retired from the US Army so I am an Army brat. I have 14 nieces and nephews so I have always been surrounded by children.
