- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 lb chicken, cut in strips
- 1⁄2 cup sliced onion
- 1⁄2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1⁄4 cup chopped carrot
- chicken-flavored ramen noodles
- In frying pan, mix oil, soy sauce and ½ of the seasoning packet. Add chicken and brown until done.
- Add vegetables to chicken and cook until tender.
- Cook noodles and drain. Add noodles to chicken and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
