I found this recipe in a magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb fresh cut into spears cooked broccoli
  • 10 ounces swanson premium white chicken meat, drained
  • 10 34 ounces campbell's condensed broccoli cheese soup
  • 13 cup milk
  • 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted


  1. In 2-quart oblong baking dish or 9" pie plate, arrange broccoli and chicken. Combine soup and milk; pour over broccoli and chicken.
  2. Sprinkle cheese over soup mixture. Combine bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over cheese.
  3. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
  4. Variation: Substitute a 10-oz pkg frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained for fresh broccoli.
