Chicken Casserole a La Janze

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 chicken
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1⁄2 cup mushroom, sliced
• 1 shallot, minced
• 1⁄2 cup onion, minced
• 1 tomatoes, peeled, pulped
• 2 slices bacon, diced
• 1 jigger white wine
• 1 jigger red wine
• 6 potatoes
• 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
• 1 garlic clove, minced

directions

1. slit broiler down back to flatten then , i think you could use chicken breast here
2. fry in butter with finely minced onion and shallot
3. when almost done.
4. add bacon mushroom and tomato.
5. when done add wines simmer 15 minutes more
6. serve in casserole with whole boiled small potatoes sprinkles with parsley and garlic.
