I have used original, lowfat, Tabasco.pepper jack and white cheedar cheez-it crackers and they all work equally well in this recipe In addtion, I use the low fat Daisy brand of sour cream for this recipe but wouldn't suggest the "No Fat" variety.
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups crackers, cheez-it brand
- 1 cup butter, melted (I use only 1/2 cup)
- Dredge clean skinless chicken breast in sour cream. Roll in Cheez-it cracker crumbs. Place in baking dish with melted butter. Ture over so butter is on both sides. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
