I love jalapenos and these are easy to make. I am just guessing on the amounts since I have to add specifics here so feel free to adapt to your taste or the amount you want to make. I like to add bacon bits to mine. Instead of bread crumbs you can also wrap with bacon which I find very delicious. I just cook til the bacon is done.

These were very easy and very tasty!! I was craving them, and, rather than cut the recipe to just feed myself, I made the whole thing, baked them and froze them. I'm having the last batch today - they reheat wonderfully!! Thank you for a wonderful recipe, coco*marie!!
- 10 fresh jalapenos, halved and with the seeds removed
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
