I love jalapenos and these are easy to make. I am just guessing on the amounts since I have to add specifics here so feel free to adapt to your taste or the amount you want to make. I like to add bacon bits to mine. Instead of bread crumbs you can also wrap with bacon which I find very delicious. I just cook til the bacon is done.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 10 fresh jalapenos, halved and with the seeds removed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
  3. Spoon cheese mixture into jalapenos.
  4. Dip jalapeno in oil.
  5. Then dip into bread crumbs.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes or till tender.

These were very easy and very tasty!! I was craving them, and, rather than cut the recipe to just feed myself, I made the whole thing, baked them and froze them. I'm having the last batch today - they reheat wonderfully!! Thank you for a wonderful recipe, coco*marie!!

These were wonderful!! I didn't have bread crumbs, so I just stuffed 'em and baked 'em! I could've eaten them all by myself!! Can't wait to make these for a party or get together!!!

5 stars for sure! Easy to make and so tasty! We served them with light blue cheese dressing. YUM! I also used Light Cream Cheese and 2% Cheddar. Thanks cmp979 for a great recipe!
