My sister bought this over for us to try once and it is really good. My mom and I don't even like plain hash browns but we love this. You can substitute cream of celery or mushroom for the chicken soup if you are vegetarian.
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄8 cup melted butter
- Mix well.
- Put in a 9x13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
