- 1 head garlic
- 4.92 ml olive oil
- 236.59 ml freshly grated jarlsberg cheese
- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 59.14 ml Greek yogurt or 59.14 ml sour cream
- 113.39 g cream cheese
- 1 large shallot, diced small
- 59.14 ml green onion, roughly chopped
- kettle-cooked potato chips, for dipping
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Lob off the top third of a head of garlic and place it in a small oven-safe dish. Season with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil, cover the dish with foil and roast for 40-45 minutes.

- This dip can be devoured right away or let chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
