- 3⁄4 ounce bailey's irish cream
- 3⁄4 ounce pineapple juice
- 1⁄4 ounce grenadine
- Mix bailey's and pineapple juice in a tin shaker. DO NOT shake! Stir lightly. Pour grenadine in bottom of glass and fill rest with mixture. Shoot and Enjoy!
This shot really did taste just like cherry-topped cheesecake! I stirred the mixture gently but the pineapple juice still curdled the Bailey's, so it kinda had the texture of cheesecake too. I may try using half the juice and adding vanilla vodka or something next time to try to adjust the texture a bit. Thanks for posting your recipe!
