  1. Such delicious corn!

  2. How could you give this recipe any less that 5 stars? Loved it. I cut the recipe back to 1 cob and cut the fat value back further - I used 1 tbsp of lite Maayo, 1 tsp Parmesan, 1/4 tsp Chili flakes and only pepper. In 500 Oven for 10 minutes Perfecto!

  3. Oh my heavens, this was good! I pulled some fresh picked corn out of the freezer and baked it in the oven in the foil. Delicious! Thanks for a great taste treat! Made for the Secret Ingredient game.

  4. In the words of another Food Network Chef ----------YUMMO! This is definitely a keeper, all three generations loved it!

  5. WOW! This "IS" fabulous. I made them along side of "Hot-Off-The-Grill-Potatoes" #33133. Worked great on the grill. The mayo and parmesean cheese add a nice different touch to the flavor. I wasn't sure about how much chili powder to use so I threw in 1 tbs. it seemed to work ok. I will be making these again. Thanks, Georgeann Dodge for posting.
