  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Separately, mix eggs, oil and yogurt. Tip: For fluffier texture, beat the mixture lightly.
  • Add feta cheese and egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix lightly until consistent, yet fluffy, runny mixture is achieved.
  • Pour the mixture into greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 400 deg F.
