- 118.29 ml cheddar cheese, grated
- 118.29 ml parmesan cheese, grated
- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 59.14 ml margarine
- 2.46 ml garlic, crushed
directions
- Combine, all ingredients in a bowl. Sliced french bread in half. Spread topping on french bread. Place on baking sheet. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat. Until slightly browned. Serve warm.

This is a fabulous recipe! It saved me last night when I had to bring bread to a dinner and could not find anything special at the bakery. I made this before we left and the bread was eaten at room temp - everyone loved it! -
This was really good, though I used more garlic and spread on leftover hamburger buns (as that is what I had available). Very tasty and very cheesy! Would be easy to change the cheeses to whatever one had on hand.
