  • Split the avocado in half remove the core and scoop pulp into food processor bowl.
  • Puree until smooth.
  • Add lemon juice, lime juice , cumin, Tabasco and Chavrie® mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from the food processor and fold in the diced tomato.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

  1. This was an interesting take on guacamole, but it definitely needed garlic. Once I added it, the outcome was great. Made for Fall 2009 PAC.
